Success Redefined - Individual, Team Or Organization: The Rule Of 21© Gaurav Goel![]() DISCLAIMER : The views expressed in this article are not necessarily those of Progress Enterprise. Success Redefined - Individual, Team Or Organization: The Rule Of 21Tell me the name of one person who does not wants to win in life. Have you ever come across a situation where you really want to lose (except the crap about love; however in that also the loser loses to win of course). Success has its own charm. Everyone wants success in life. Now this is not limited to professional, personal, relational or social. Nor the success rules only the individuals, teams, divisions, organizations or countries. Our scientists in NASA are in continuous research to get to know about the other living forms in the space so that they can trace them and then compete with them. Thus this desire to compete and there after win is the inherent part in all living beings irrespective of any biological conditions. The meaning of success could be different for different people. It could be money someone and power to someone else and relations to the third party. But one thing is common that no one wants to loose. Even a lazy person who does not move his body for the whole day has desires and to attain these desires, he has to compete and thereby win. And if still you contradict my point and know a person who does not have a will or who does not want to succeed in life, then again I am not wrong my dear friend because that person would be nothing more than a living body but a dead soul. Now the question arises that is there any mantra to success. Everyone has his/her own but is there any mantra which is foolproof and easy to implement. And are there any strict no no’s which one can refer before making any decision so that he/she does not fail at least. With a lot of night oil burning, research work and plain observation, I have designed "15 F's" which if being implemented will definitely lead to success. Now again the success could be of individual or organization and personal or professional. I have also designed "half a dozen F's" which are strict no-no's to avoid failure. These rules are universal and can be implemented in any culture or organization. Here is the "rule of 15 F's": ![]()
This is the guru mantra for success. You can foster yourself, your people and your organization with the "power of 21". How come 21?? As I told you, there are half a dozen don'ts also which can avoid failure. So here are the 6 don'ts that can save you from the touch of failure:
And as said by John Maxwell, "An idea is worthless unless you use it." So don't let me regret that I wrote this article just for the sake of study. Go ahead and make a dent in the universe.
